About the NP203 Transfer Case question, you didn't mention what advice is needed guy! Here's some info at links, hopefully to answer your questions. NP203's are pretty good boxes, fairly stout as I recall [came behind 440's stock], but full time 4x4 unless converted and chain drive rather than NP205 all gear drive.
