The kit he has is for front only, but if you call Wayne I'm sure he can point you in the right direction for a rear setup. He is very knowledgeable in brakes and know mopars, he should be able to also tell you how much time it would take to do the install.
My guess would be a couple of hours of labor possible.
I don't know about a car cover, but I'm sure some of the guy's will have a recommendation.
