When I took the wipers off, I discovered a blue paint or primer underneath the white. This is the original cab and the truck has been untouched since it was new. Also, I sanded other areas of the cab/bed/fenders and this blue is only on the front of the cab to the door jamb. Is it primer? Or is it

Also, I sanded other areas of the cab/bed/fenders and this blue is only on the front of the cab to the door jamb. Is it primer? Or is it possible they started to spray it the wrong color in factory and just quickly covered it up?
