Sandpaper on the paint will show the various layers of paint. No id plate will show the color. The SERT sticker indicates the truck is a CSS. They are rare and special. If the seats are still the original buckets, they are very valuable, as is the console. Most trucks have nothing special on them, so few trucks have SERT stickers. The truck would have had a poly 318 originally.
