Hi Paul,
Looks like you got yourself a pretty nice CSS pickup, as mentioned.
If you go to the Main Website MAIN WEBSITEand click on the vintage scans page, there are factory brochures and paint chips too to match up to your truck, 1962 has the color chips for 1963. Looks like it was Mustang Gray going by the firewall. The brochure for 1965 shows the CSS and what it would have looked like along with wheel cover, etc.
If you go to the Technical Reference page there is an article on truck engine codes, that will show where the engine numbers are located on block.
I'm not sure what your referencing for the "PCD" on the wheels.
If it looks like this, it's was a logo used by Chrysler to cover all there lines Chrysler, Plymouth, Dodge and Desoto.
