I'm having a hard time figuring the proper arrangement of the accelerator pump for my Stromberg WW 3-283. I don't think the previous owner had it set up right, and the instructions I have show the accelerator pump as an assembly so it's hard to tell what order things go in. I have a

Allen,
The pump rod spring and felt washer go into the air horn from the bottom side and metal washer go on the top side of the air horn. Exactly the way you have it laid out in the picture, with the air horn between the metal washer and the felt washer.
I can't remember if there is a sleeve that fits into the hole on the air horn to keep the spring centered on the air horn hole or if it fits into a recessed area in the horn itself.
I'll have to look at my service manual.
