Aaron, did you buy this from a man named John Raney by any chance? I was originally going to be buying this from Duane Duey who I met last year at the Iowa rally for $3500.00 and was to pick it up the weekend of May 8th. He called me a week ago Saturday to tell me the engine had spun a bearing and that there was no point in me coming up for it since the engine was bad. then i got an e-mail that said he had traded it and a '69 d-200 to John for a '96 1500 4x4.I told Duane to keep me in mind and then asked if he knew how to get ahold of John in case he was interested in selling it later. He said he didn't have a number for him.Oh well, I guess it wasn't meant to be, but would have rather have ended up with it regardless of the engine.Hope you enjoy it and would really appreciate knowing the facts about the deal if you don't mind.
