If I'm not mistaken, my '70 W-300 is 34" frame width front to rear, whereas, the 100 / 200 is 38"? I may be mistaken? Food for thought. Doug

Steve, there is a clip for that sheet metal screw to bite into for sure. I suppose if you could get a smaller headed screw to fit inside the vent window frame, it could screw directly into the sheet metal, but it's a pretty big hole. I think the hole is exceptionally large to allow the frame to naturally align before it draws down tight. Doug

Gordo, if a few more pictures would show the same quality, I'd be interested in buying it from you for that price. Let me know? Doug

Rob, great looking work! Looks like a lot of work to remove the springs if the need arises, unless my eyes are deceiving me? I realize you can slide the springs off of the shackle, but what will you do if you need to replace a shackle or the bushings? Could you reverse the spring mounts? Sure you've thought about these things, so I'm just wondering out loud. Keep up the great work and d

Gordo, when I rebuilt my '70 w-200, I used a frame from a '70 D-100, which was the same, except for the obvious transfer case cross member, which I bolted in. So, as far as I'm concerned they are the same. Doug

Terry, do you have a cross member below the mount area like the later models have, tying the rails together under the oil pan? If not do you think that could be part of the problem? Something to think about Rob? I'll be starting on a Cummins repower on my '71 W-300 c.c. towards the later part of this year, so I've been watching intently! Thanks Doug

Britt, I bought some of those emblems from John Geidel, aka power wagon John, at the power wagon rally in Fairfield, Ia. a couple of years ago.His number is 651-65three-o147. He lives in Minnesota I believe. That number could be his wife's? Good luck and Merry Christmas! Doug

I second Doug's comment. Hinge should have countersunk/ phillips head screws/bolts and the hinge part looks like a cup with a rivet visible in the center.Don't think I have any spares, but I'll look tonight! Good Luck Doug

No Sir, I don't have the side step brackets, however I do have the steps. I would be happy to purchase the crossmembers, I guess I should post them in the wanted section. If I can't find some originals, Horkey's said they have some repops, but wanted to try to verify dimensions. Do you have anything extra that you'd like to sell, or know of someone who might? Thanks!

Kaegi, is there any chance you could measure the crossmember lengths? Looking at your pictures it appears that there are 2 different lengths. Just to be clear I'm referring to the bed cross members. I think I can figure out the rest from those measurements. Thanks Doug

I just looked at my truck and didn't see any evidence of even the holes being there for the brackets. The brackets looked to be the same as the one's on my '65 w-200 crew cab sweptline, so I would think the holes would be the same distance from the cab mounts.

No pic's but with the help of my sister, I'll try to get some the first of the week.I have some holes in the frame, but wasn't sure about being factory installed. The rear most holes seem to be closer to the web of the frame instead of centered in the flange like the others. I'll look again and compare them to your pic's. Would the v.i.n. tell whether the truck was origin

My truck does not have the brackets, nor does it have any evidence of them being there originally,so if it wouldn't be too much trouble, I could really use dimensions on the bolt holes from the headboard for the 8 bed hold down bolts. Would you have or be able to measure the height of the cross members, as I have none to reference? Thanks
