There are only a few forms of governance looking back through history. In the last couple of hundred years we see Fascism, Socialism, Communism and Capitalism. The first three are diametrically opposed to the last, but all have a focus on financial gain, power & control.

Fascism first embraces a racist nationalism, dedicated supposedly to uplifting the downtrodden and uniting all under one banner, with militaristic actions taken against any threats internal or external. The problem comes from identifying a nationalist group that is unbiased to others within the nation, that obviously against the very cause of the movement. In addition it moves toward a ‘socialist’ ideal of a forced society of equal common mankind, under one authoritarian rule, with personal financial position taxed for the support of all, especially the ruling class & its military of enforcement. It functions by uniting and calling all of the citizens to a national patriotism and/or racial oneness. Power & control are vested only in the dominant ruling class and those who support it and a strong military controls the people.
