need a working one. pulled mine and could not figure out why it is not working correctly. no broken springs. works when you have the door open and pull handle, wheel will spin perfectly, but when you try to open the door it doesn't want to let go completly. so move handle repeatedly and then y

need a working one. pulled mine and could not figure out why it is not working correctly. no broken springs. works when you have the door open and pull handle, wheel will spin perfectly, but when you try to open the door it doesn't want to let go completly. so move handle repeatedly and then you hear a click and it finally releases. cleaned it and lubed it but no difference.
