I haven't yet started this project but it is coming up very soon and I need to know parts sources for the brakes. The story goes that the brakes worked when it was last parked. Don't know how long, but they went out before I bought it. I've got the service manual for reference and heard there are several possible sizes / widths of drum brakes. I'll know which ones I have only when I tear into it. I'd prefer to rebuild cylinders as long as they will work.

Is it to be assumed I'll need to rebuild the brake booster?

I'll start with the master cylinder and see how well it works after that. So maybe I need a new replacement as my first place to start

A separate issue after it's drivable is significant rust on the cab floor. Will I just have to fabricate it or is there a company that offers sections to weld in?
