Hi all! From a post about D300 shocks by BeemerMax I searched for Town Wagon shocks. The old numbers I had from NAPA, right off their own boxes, turned up a zero when I checked local store! These are the same shocks which I got at NAPA that I've used for many years, good stuff, firm ride &

Hi all!
From a post about D300 shocks by BeemerMax I searched for Town Wagon shocks. The old numbers I had from NAPA, right off their own boxes, turned up a zero when I checked local store!
These are the same shocks which I got at NAPA that I've used for many years, good stuff, firm ride & excellent handling, they've hung in there a while too:
Front: Gas Grande Fleet 76964 [Probably Monroe shock]

Rear: Monroe Sensa-Trac TS58484
[www.racepages.com]
There were other vendors that came up in a search on the rear shocks, might check around. The front shocks are of course NAPA, but I believe Monroe makes all of NAPA's shocks, so contacting Monroe for a cross reference for other vendors of that P/N may net you a better price on interchange? As I recall I got both sets, front & rear, through NAPA.
