Besides a few minor things that will be taken care of next weekend, after 5 years and 2 months, I have finally finished the restoration of my '70 D300. I'm sure as everyone else experiences during a project, there was more than one time that I just wanted to walk away from the project due to frustration, but its definitely worth it in the end. Hopefully will start road testing in about two weeks and it will be making its debut at the ATHS show in Huntsville, AL at the end of May.
Few specs on the truck, factory 383, 727 Transmission, factory P/S, P/B, AM Radio, a/c/heat, Custom Cab, west coast stainless steel mirrors, polished grille, stainless steel gutter trim, heavy duty gauges.
