The joys of driving an older truck. My PT Crusier died last weekend while on vacation, 1000 miles from home! so I am driving The Longtruck to work every day and yes, i have started noticing things I didn't before when only driving it to shows on weekends.

Oh dude! been there, done that. Unless you can afford the shipping or making a road trip for one from the guys out west or in texas, it's just keep looking or retrofit something from another truck. I searched for a couple of years for one down here in NW AR. Most of the wrecking yards around here crushed everything over 10 years old not too long ago so older parts are hard to come by. Maybe

Great Pic! I've been looking for a good pic of a headliner, glad you posted one. What did you use? Is there anything between it and the roof? I have nothing in mine but bare metal and have no idea how the headliner is supposed to go in.

Can you find someone in your area with an old "bubble balancer"? I don't know how old your truck is but I had an old dodge, 72 adventurer, that had a "50 mph shimmy" It was all in the front end but would shake the whole truck, right up the steering wheel too. never figured out exactly what it was but you might have the front end checked out.
