Thanks guys. Here' the problem the 203 is tore up where I had the mile marker kit installed it damaged the nose shaped gear that is the out put. So im thinking if I rebuild it im stuck withfull time 4x4 which is not good here at over $10 a gallon. so how can I make it part time? Just finished Mine with the help of Gordo used a 1992 fordF150 steering gearbox shortened the steering column and fabbed some brackets It drives great Im running 33" tires before with the old Saginaw box and the hydraulic ram set up it was a leaky nightmare It took a lot of thinking about but once I started it all fell in place. I highly recommend doing it.

Hi wally You have a good memory I recently had to have the index finger that was reattached removed again, It never did get to be more than a immovable stick.Which leaves me with the little finger and whats left of the ring finger. I still manage to ride the motorcycle and just about pull in the clutch.I still work on the truck and keep the horses pretty much as normal Tho the hand hurts like

I dont think that weld would be any good, trying to weld Cast iron to mild steel looks good but it never holds,Thanks for the input tho. Wish I was young but even then runnin 33x12.50 x16.5 youd need an S on your chest Cheers john

Thanks Guys really helpfull but there is no way im going to locate those parts over here There are no american car or truck wreckers yards now in England, Gordo anything with pixs would be great Im still working on getting the power assist ram fixed but its so exspensive, Gonna have to wait a bit but any other ideas would be welcome. Hi Chaps I have been to three hydrulic places ,none of them will take it on as it has to be re welded after the work is done which they say will destroy the seals, (What can I say) Mark thanks for your offer the rest of the kit is fine, I suppose it wouldnt hurt to have spares What would you want for it and any idea on sending it too the UK? Hi Chaps Got the engine rebuilt and fired up all is good except I cannot get the air screws to function properly. The left screw (looking at the Carb from front of truc works fine but the right has no effect at all I thought the obvious an air leak but all seems ok. fuel levels good air filter clean, Truck drives fine and pulls well and ticks over good, does anyone any ideas?
