Thank you for the replies!! YES, you can push down on the passengers side with your hand and it will line up. Next question, if the springs are weak, where can you get replacements?? and how do you change them, without killing yourself lol.

We have a 69 D 100. We are trying to adjust the back of the hood down, so that its flush when closed. We've manage to get the drivers side down to where we like it. The passenger side, we are having no luck on. Its close, but we cant add anymore shims to the front bolt, because we are out of bolt length. Any ideas on how to get this right??? Pictures would be a great help in explanations. My

I have all that except the rod from the carb to the rod on the pivot. I have the kick down linkage as well. It came off the car they took the motor and trans from. it has been modified, but it looks like I'm gonna have to modify it a little more. I can get you the measurements if that will help any.

I would like to see some pictures of what the accelerator linkage looks like from the firewall to the carb on a big block. There was just a cable with swedged ends on mine ( homemade rigged) I installed an Edelbrock carb and need to put things right. I would also like to know where I can find replacement linkage. I'm looking for the DODGE letters that go across the hood of my 68 D 100. I'd like them to be in pretty good shape. I'm looking to buy some. Also was told that on the lower right front fender, there was a small badge there. Don't know what it would look like, but would like to find one of those to. Anybody got any of them? Or know someone that does???

My 68 D 100 has a front end from a 78 D150. I would like to put a 2" drop spindle on it,but havent been able to find anyone that sells them for that year model.Anybody got any ideas where I can find them?
