The differences in the Chevys and the GMCs were not as huge as you might think. The '60 - '62 4x2 trucks have torsion bar front suspension (yeah, really!) in both lines. Dashes are different between the two. Grilles, tailgates, and engine choices were also different. The 305 V-6 was a GMC engine ONLY, and not available in the Chevy. Sixteen were cut in OK. Two each were in Lawton and Enid. None in the OKC or Tulsa metro areas. I don't see this ending well.
