Hey Russ, no, not selling the Swept. Killing me to sell the van, so many family memories. And it's a beatiful van/rv in excellent working order. I have a 1990 Dodge Shadow with only 80,000miles for a driver.

it's a fuel leak at the main accelerator shaft after you turn the engine off . Britt are any of your q jets useable? if so for sale?

This carb is leaking where the main throttle shaft passes through the base, so I do not think it is rebuildable, but I thought I would check with the experts on here. If the consensus is that it is not, does anyone have a Q-Jet for sale?

...since it was new. My 1966 Plymouth Sport Fury is for sale. It rakes me to part with it, but I must. 375hp 440/727/32,000 miles. It has been garaged all it's life, never driven in the rain and is pretty much like a new car, inside and out. White with a black vinyl top, gold interior, bucket seats, center console. Absolutely gorgeous car, it hasn't been touched since 1998 when my

Getting ready to take the 87 B250 custom van on it's Thanksgiving journey to Nashville to be with family. Myself, two daughters and one grandson traveling in that big comfortable van makes me feel truly blessed. Just want to take a minute to wish my forum family a blessed and wonderful Thanksgiving and my sincere wish that everyone can be with their family of choice.

My youngest daughter has a 99 Sebring Convertible that has endured 180,000 miles of her torturous driving. (2.5V6) Lately it just shuts off while she is going down the road. It will restart, but it may do this a couple more times on her 10 mile trip to work. I've driven it, it feels like an electrical shutdown as opposed to fuel starvation, but it is not throwing any codes so I don't

Jimmie, on my 71 D200 many years ago I was determined to rebuild my steering box myself, but after a very diligent search I could not come up with a worm gear. I ended up spending big bucks with Steer n Gear but it's been an excellent unit.

Trey, haven't been near a computer for a couple of days, just now catching up. I know the others will correct me if I am wrong, but I think if you are swapping from a light to a gauge that you must also change the fuel gauge. I'm pretty sure they used a different fuel gauge depending on whether you had a gauge or a light.

Jerry, many years ago I restored my door panels to "like new" condition, but I realized that because of that poor design they would soon tear up again. So I got a couple of rugged looking screen door type pull handles from the hardware store, painted them black, and bolted them through the door panel into the metal of the door, and these are what is used to close the door instead of th

Russ I think you are right, that is why I can't remember what it connects to because it did not connect to anything. I think I am going to block it off. It cannot be in the best interest of performance to be sucking in 800 degree air.

My 87 B250, 360 custom stopped running a couple of years ago. It just shut down in the Walmart parking lot. I towed it home and it has been on the backburner ever since. Last week when the weather cooled I decided to get it running. Since there was no spark I followed the FSM as it walks you through several diagnostic procedures for various ignition components using nothing more than a VOM. T

Jimmie, thanks for that wealth of information, it will certainly help with trying to diagnose this unusual problem. I've got a block of time after church tomorrow that I am going to devote to this, I will post any progress.

Norm, I don't know. I plan to study the book and the fuse block today. Leave it to me to have a "situation" that no one has encountered before. I am suspecting the flashers, however, because although they are not very old, they were just Chinese or Taiwan junk to begin with.

The turn signals and flashers have not worked on my 71 D200 for some time now. Tried all the usual fixes, checked fuse, grounds, replaced flashers, still not working. Messing around with the truck yesterday I make a discovery that hopefully one of y'all geniuses on here will find has meaning, because it did not clue me into anything towards fixing the turn signals and flashers. With the f
