Hi, Men, That transmission arrived yesterday, tag says it's a NP4530, manufactured in Syracuse plant 1973. I downloaded a few pages I could find on it, telling me that the 4530 and the 445 are identical, just came out of different plants. Input shaft has a 23 tooth count, tapered roller bearing, identical in every respect to the NP435 version, EXC

3. NP445
Hi Men! Calling from the other side of the world, Australia. Got my hands on a New Process 445, awaiting clearance from Aussie customs, so as yet have not even seen it. We had the quite common NP435 over here, have two Fords, One International, one Dodge. I seem to be unable to find any information whatsoever on these 445's except that they were

Hi Mark, I don't have the remote tower, and the NP445 is still on it's way to Australia from the States. I have several versions of the NP435 here at home, but all normal set up, stick straight into tower. If it's of any value, I came across the following "G.M.Service-Transmission" publication dated X-7B-08B September 1978.

Hi All, Looks like I may have got hold of an NP445 4 speed transmission, think it MAY have come out of a camper model. We didn't get the 445, just about everything in the small to medium range came out with the granny geared (6.68:1 ratio first gear)NP435, anything built by Dodge Trucks Australia, anyway. I found a reference to a very early NP435

Hi all, Trying to find a bit of relevant information about Dodge NP445 transmission input tooth count and countershaft input shaft tooth countss. I have workshop manuals for both Dodge NP435 and Dodge NP 445 (they are also telling me that they are also called NP4530). They are NOT the manuals with part numbers unfortunately, simply a teardown version, and not

Hi Fellows, Just a quick question for you parts specialists, does anyone know for certain if Dodge used any variants of the 4 speed Warner Gear T18 OR T19 between say 1960 up to and including 1990. Please note, I am familiar with Dodges use of New Process as well as New Venture transmissions, but restricting query to Warners T18/19. Also, not interested
