Cool pics! Was that W200 pushing a Meyers or Fisher plow? I did a good deal of plowing with a '71 W200 that had a Meyers set up. John

Looks pretty clean for a Northeastern Sweptline. The front of the hood looks rust free too. Put a Sweptline bumper on and it'll be all set. John

Quoteswptln John, do you have a better picture showing that whole bracket bolted on top of the cross member for the tranny mount. Mark, I'll have to check and see. I used to have a shot of the bare frame before the cab was bolted on. John

This shows the bolt in cross member and also the bolt in spanner that bridges the bell housing cross member you'll cut for the LoadFlite. This is a pre-'69 cross member and spanner. John

Quoteswptln If anybody is need of any stuff for a 4-speed/NP435 for a 61-68 let me know I have the whole complete set-up for a 318. The 435 is an optional D3 too, which is the close ratio and it's all up for grabs. The flywheel and clutch have seen better days, but everything else is in good used working order. Mark, Left you a PM on Scott's site regarding the NP435/D3. I'll be

Quoteswptln I had picked up a supposed 68 and down 727 cross member, but it is kind of strange in design and doesn't have any holes in it for a tranny mount???? So I don't what the heck it is for? That cross member is for the 2wd pre-'69 D100/D200 frames. It is not associated with the transmission tail shaft. Its mainly just a strengthening cross member. I have to remove th

Quoteswptln I'm going a different route on mine, I decided to put a 727 in the W200. So, I'm going to just keep my stock heater and install the dealer AC system that I already have. The dealer AC will fit now that I wont have the shifter for the 435 in the way. Mark, I'm assuming short tail shaft so you can keep the NP201 t-case? Do you have the frame cross member? Will you us

Quoteswptln The frame reinforcement is for the 727 automatic option, where they cut out the factory bell housing mount/cross member and install a spreader type cross member to allow clearance for the 727, it's kind of a hack looking thing, but factory. Actually, I think the frame reinforcement SERT is for additional channel steel that is welded to the bottom of the length of the truck f

I did what the Dodge Truck Division did when they made an auto tranny truck. The '69-'71 tranny cross member is massive, as compared to the '68 & earlier version. Additionally, it is attached to the top and bottom of the frame rails as opposed to being bolted to the sides like the '68 & earlier cross member. There were "C" channel spanners and also angle s

Quotehitparader When I got it it unfortunately had a Chevy 350/TH400 dropped in. I'm building a correct dated coded 426W that will replace it soon. At least they didn't remove the shifter pod from the dashboard when they dropped a chevy engine/tranny in. Nice truck! John
