Hi, For the past year or so I have been trying the get my 67 W300 CC back on the road. My latest challange has been trying to get it to run well enough that I can at least move it out of the garage. Up to this point I have been unsuccessful. As of right now the truck will start right up if I close

As I stated before, you should have no more than 5/64"air gap between the washer and carb body.At full throttle the lever should be resting on the washer that is resting on the carb body.

Bend that wire straighter to bring the washer down.
The way you are set up now,the plunger isn't deep enough in the bore to pump gas! The plunger seal is likely hung up in the bore. You may need to take the top off to properly seat the cup.
Also, put the bottom of the wire in the other hole.
