I have 1971 dodge D100 with 318 engine, on the end of the exhaust manifold there a spring/back pressure plate that aids in warming the engine up. the spring/back pressure assembly is broke. Do anything know where to find on of these?

but the metal most bolts are made of will burn out within about a year or 2 of regular driving. i tried that and it blew out on me during a trip to houston. went back with 2 shorter bolts, bolt head inside and nut and washer outside. never came off again.
