i was talking to my sheriff friend last night, seems the law is fairly new and the officers are not sure what can be let go and what cant. so they are holding it to the letter of the law and letting the judge sort it out. he tells me as time goes on and they get a feel for what the judge is letting slide then they will become more relaxed. i guess until then we are in for a fun ride. regardless, its pretty messed up that they can take my car because he was driving. i was told story's that were much more unfair then what i went thru, that simply pointed out even better how messed up the law is.
