Hi Chaps So am I right in thinking that you have 12volt going into the ballast resistor and 6volt coming out the coil I have the standard electronic setup. Please keep it simple The problem I have is the truck gags and splutters if i floor it hard. Cheers all John

Yes, as Gordo mentioned. I think the ballast resistor is bypassed when the starter is turning also.
