You mean the part that says Custom 100 on the emblem face? Doubt very much it was ever available separate, being part of the emblem.
There's lots of places that will do custom graphics so a picture enlarged/reduced to exact dimensions can be custom printed. Guys often go ahead & order a few dozen, hoping to recoup their costs by selling to fellow restorers at a modest price.
