Hey guys,
Got some questions and updates on my project.
To refresh your memory, Im dropping in a 360 in my 65 sweptline. The engine is done and should pull a house of its foundation. Built for low RPM torque to pull my trailer. Ive got the engine bay painted and it shines like a million bucks! Goal is to drop the engine in next month. Here are some questions for you.
1. Real cab mounts: Ive found them NOS at a place called Vintage parts. These are the cylinder type insulators in the very back of the cab. Ive been told that the 70s and mid 80s insulators are the same, this would be a part no. of 411361. Before I order them at 22 bucks apiece, is this correct?? I replaced the other cab mounts with a piece of mud flap that was slightly over 1/4 inch thick and reinforced with cord. ALL of my body mounts were loose as a goose. My cab was NOT tight to my frame. Should help with the rattles, ride and cab noise I would think.
Thanks!!!

Thanks a lot. Ill post more questions later.
