I recently removed the old CDI I bought from JC Whitney probably 25yrs ago and installed a new Mallory Hy-FYRE unit and of course a new cap and rotor. I'm holding off on the plugs because I would like to put 8mm wires on, but, I want the correct spark plug boot for the /6. Prestolite actually still makes the correct custom wire with the correct boot but it is 7mm. I could make a set from 8mm wire if I could find six nice boots, mine are way too mold to re-use. Anybody got some?
