I clicked on the link I provided and it worked just
fine. Do as Chris suggested and check on the www.sweptline.org
site under technical write ups or just type in
voltage limiter in the Search box in the upper right
hand corner of the forum page.

Or, as JimmieD suggested, search this forum for information
he's brought from other Mopar related sites and posted here.
