Hey everyone,my carburator has a whistle when I push the throttle,not all the time just certain time I throttle but usually the same area and speeds,what causes this?

tell you what i feel like doing when i hear a wierd noise, first drain all the oil out of it, then start it up, stand on the gas pedal untill it blows up, tow it over to Terry's then huh, no more wierd noises. problem solved.
