In the process of replacing wheel cylinders on my 64 d100 uti. 3 were no problem but the last(of course) is giving me fits. Left rear will not budge one mm. I've backed the brakes off, Used a puller with air. Heated it,sprayed rust buster,solvents, cussed at it. Nothing wants to work!! What&#0

Are u sure u turned the brake adjuster the right way? Sounds like the shoes are locked tight, not loosened.
Is this an operable vehicle? Or has it been sitting for years?
