Well... here are some of the mirrors that were available:
If you can post a picture of the holes in the door, we might be able to point you toward what it originally came with (or was installed over the years...). Putting a want ad in that section of this forum is typically a good place to start looking for parts. Craigslist and old junkyards also turn up parts on occasion.
