I have a 1971 D100, but I love the look of the 1962-early 1965 front end with the four headlights. Is this and easy conversion and what do you need to do it? I would assume it would be easy and everything would bolt right in by just changing out the radiator support, grill, headlight panels, headli

Sounds like you have it figured out. You'll have a little difference in the wiring as well, what with the four headlights instead of two. But like you anticipate, a very straightforward swap. (Hoping to do this on a '68 of mine this summer.)
