Hi I am new to this site, but i am just curious about a truck I am looking at buying. It is a 1971 dodge powerwagon stepside (utiline) 3/4 (the W200) And I am wondering if it is actually rare, because i cannot find any online, and i am also wondering if someone knew how many were made? Thanks Jake

This was a popular truck. The Utiline box continued to be used
up through the early '80s. As far as rarity.... they weren't
rare "back in the day". As for how many are left today and how
rare the truck is today?.... hard to tell. I'm a Utiline fan
myself. I have a '65 W200 Utiline. I turned a '68 W200 Utiline
into a W200 wide box due to poor sheet metal on the Utiline box.
How is the truck overall... mechanically and cosmetically?....
John
