i just reently bought a 64 W 100 . I have never dealt with a w 100. only w 200 ,s. i was not exspecting 8 lug axels.i assume 44 fronts and 60 or 70 rears.my main question is has any one converted to disc brakes. any chelp or comments are appreciated. thanks for reading . chris

Yep, '61-'68 W100s used the same axles as the W200s. The easiest way to get disc brakes is to swap in a complete axle from a '74-'93 W200. Some years are full time, some years vacuum actuated, etc., so do some research (I don't have my notes handy). I haven't really looked, but I doubt there's anything in the way of a disc brake conversion for the big knuckle front axles.
