I had RedHead build me a manual box for my Dart, and specifically requested that they NOT paint the alluminum housing. The front desk lady even put me on the phone with one of the managers/owner? to try to talk me out of it. Then when I got there to pick it up, they hand painted it anyway! Six months later, the paint started pealing... Wish they would have listened to my request. So now it steers great, but looks terrible...

When I need a steering box for one of my sweptlines, I know a fellow avid sweptline owner who is a machinist and rebuilds steering boxes on the side.
