there are two sets of holes available upper and lower does anyone know which set to use with a 225 slant six

yes frame brackets. The frame has two sets of holes to get the 225 to go back in one bracket, drivers side is on the low pair where the passenger side is on the high pair. just want to see if this is correct or if it matters
