Welcome to site.
I'm not sure if using springs to lower is a good idea, but possibly installing a dropped axle or spindles would be a better solution.
Off top of my head, I don't know of anything available, not to say there is nothing out there.
I have heard of a lot of people using airbags to lower suspension today.
