In the middle of a Scarebird disc brake conversion and see that my tie rod has a slight bend. Is this normal or fubar? If it's bad, anybody know where I can buy a new tie rod assembly? Thanks!

No, it's not normal. Your tierod is just a pipe and you should be able to straighten it out, even if you have to heat it up with a torch.
Will definitely need to have it lined up after for sure.
