I had time to take a closer look at the pic and I'd say she's had some swapping done. The body tags say 100 but it has 3/4 ton 8 lug axles under it. 69-71 W100s would have come with an 8.75 rear axle and 5x5.5 pattern lugs all around. Also, in 69 the side tags would have had the newer style (69-71) Power Wagon script below the "Dodge 100" chrome. 70 & 71s had the Power Wagon script above the Dodge and rating number.
Not uncommon on trucks the age of ours though, and I've been tempted to do similar swapping between my own several times.
