the only place I see to draw power is an extra spade connection on my wiper switch. the Problem is if I run both the wiper and the heater at the same time it keeps popping the breaker. is that where heater is supposed to draw its power from? and I just have a bad breaker? Or does heater power hook

Ok, been trying to find info on the heater wiring and this is what I have come up with so far. As we all know with the truck heaters, they were accessories and based on this, there are no specific wiring diagrams per the heaters in the early years, 61-67.
The heaters were ordered as a Heater Package and they came with all the necessary items to install it in the truck. Just a guess, but would imagine the wiring diagram came with the heater package.

61-63 Parts Manual shows two packages, but it is listed by part number only not the model of the heater, which would be Model 83. Then Model 86 was introduced up to and including 1967 and Model 50 for 1968, if I'm reading the parts manual correctly, not sure exactly what year the 86 was introduced, I'm guessing sometime around 65 or mid 64 with the advent of the fuse block.
On the two packages listed for 61-63, one lists a wire cable that goes from the heater switch to the ignition switch, the second one lists a wire cable that goes from the heater switch to the fuel gauge. The one listing the fuel gauge as the feed uses the same switch [Part# 2232084] as the Model 86. This is the switch that has resistors built into the switch and is also a control cable for your air intake. So, I believe on the Model 83 the heater feed wire should go to the fuel gauge for it's source.
Connected to wire F-14 [Red #14awg] and F-22 [Black #16awg] on the voltage limiter.

The Model 86 heater would be connected to the fuse block, similar to 1968.

The 1968 Model 50 list a wire cable extension from the heater switch feed wire to the fuse block. The switch for 1968 is [Part# 2511141] this switch does not have resistors on it, it just has a 3-wire connector that plugs onto the switch. The resistors for the blower motor are on the heater housing.
So, in short you will not find any wiring diagrams for 61-67 associated with the heater.....but 65-67 implies the wiring per the fuse block, 1968 was the first year for an actual wiring diagram of the heater.

Feel free to chime in or make any comments. If we get any comments for corrections or year verifications, factual wiring from trucks, etc. I'll make some diagrams for the 3 models of heaters and post it for future references and you guy's can print them off for your service manuals.

I did note in the service manual under specifications, the blower motor should only draw 7.5 Amps at 14 volts.
