Ok, so got into kind of an argument this evening. Synthetic oil or not in a 1964 318 motor. I was argued to not. I say yes and have used it for years, well Castrol half synth. Been putting it in for the past 20 years and have this NOT well taken care of engine running tops. Pulled the intake to dec

Well, wouldn't surprise me in the least if Briggs is buying it from them. Who know's?
Briggs even went so far as to void warranties, if you didn't use there oil. But they dropped the requirement, was only a one year thing.
I still use it, for there generators only because it's easier to just use there oil as it comes standard in all there tuneup kits.
But, everything else...I use Kendall, even there greases are really good.
