I think maybe you should post the link again,, it all made sence to me and if I qualified I would have participated. We have a federal (goods and services) tax here and it works like you are saying,, seems unfair but I guess it is one way of getting revenue from folks who work for cash or illegally. Alberta is the only province with no sales tax, Ontario charges 8% ,, it would kill me,, they seem to copy everything Cali does. I wouldn`t feel good about having to pay tax on an item I wasn`t using in the state it was bought, Supporting my home state (or province) wouldn`t be quite so hard to accept although I think once per item should be enough. Are you in AK, and do you dive there, which route??, I am really liking these long days.
