Hi y'all! Wondering if a Club Cab long bed can be swapped to a shot bed? I figure the wheel wells on the short bed probably wouldn't match the longie frame but thought maybe, in a Crew Cab, there might be an exception? It's later model, '78-80 4WD, not sure exact year. It's

Thanks, unfortunately the truck is 600 miles away and the bed is unknown. May be a very good good deal on the truck but I prefer a shorty for my use. I was trying to look ahead on it for long term. Oh well, maybe, maybe not.
For as little as I'll need the 4WD I may just go ahead and get the other '76 Club Cab short bed 440/auto, wouldn't drive it much anyway. Plus it's red
