well, long story short:
recore a 3 row 383 AT radiator...$350 (cash) BEKO, concord on Bates ave
2 gallons of prestone $11 each........... target stores, Walnut Creek, yep they sell antifreeze too....$22 total
oh you want to change the little 6" rubber hoses for the transmission? sure no prob, what? you can't find em?, they dont make em?, the dreaded word, custom made, Keyrist..$23 EACH!........."The Source", on N Buchanon in Concord.
so the whole tally for the job is just over $410, and I did all the work!
oh, well, its much better now
next, the transmission needs to be gone through and possibly rebuilt.
moral of the story, there is no such thing as a FREE truck!!
