My owner's manual and shop manual say that 3 speeds should be "stopped" before shifting into 1st. I've got a guy telling me that the A745 is synchronized into 1st. Does he have info MOPAR isn't sharing with the rest of us? It is ALMOST getting to be a TERRY / JIMMIED discus
