Given what I read on bbc.co.uk The NHS and hospitals seem to have CONSTANT problem with ALL KINDS of MRSA and other infections.
Maggots falling out of the ceiling tiles, rats in the food prep areas.
It would appear that a positive outcome is an anomaly rather than the norm in some hospitals there.
Maybe it is just that the writers have a "thing" about NHS.
ANYWAY, I'm glad that you are one of the exceptions to the rule and that you have a home health care professional that is taking GOOD care of you.
Here is hoping the prognosis continues to be positive.
