Earl, the 150 designation did not start til well past 1970. Also, the poly 318 ended in 65/66. I suppose u meant it is a W100 and had an LA318? 440's were never offered in Swepts, so u need to judge for yourself the quality of the conversion work. 69-71 100's did have the 8 3/4 rear end and a lighter duty front also. Personally, I consider them way wimpy and a poor engineering downgrade to the W's.
