My Dad and I were trying to bleed the brakes on our W200 crew today and we were not sure what the order was in bleeding the brakes with the vacuum brake booster. We bled the booster and then the wheel cyls and then the booster again and still can't get any pedal. We are using regular brake flu

Which booster are u referring to? If it is the firewall booster, there is no bleeding required. Did u look in the FSM for the proper procedure?
With all those trucks, and billing yourself as a Service Co, u certainly must have a FSM or two.
Ive never heard that DOT 5 fluid would preclude using a booster.
Note, if there is fluid inside a firewall booster, it is from a leaking seal on the master cyl. U should take it apart and clean it out.
