I'd have to go pull out my carpet to be sure, but as I recall on Townies it's just a flat rubber gasket sorta thing, easily made at home? I don't remember it being a specially formed boot as such, but just something that fits with the metal floor plate and takes up the gaps horizontally. I might be wrong, but I've been driving it for 32 years and that's what my memory says.
