HELP! I have tried multiple new passwords and I still cant get logged in. It says that the user name and password do not line up. I will register for a new password and the same thing happens. To get this on I had to use a wrong email address. Why is this so complicated? Norm, guide me through this

I used the "Did you forget your password?" link on the Login page to send your password to the email address you used during registration.
